The wine has an intense garnet colour with an evolving complex of red currant and raspberry nose with aromatic characters. The overall effect is of high quality with cherry and blood plumb profile matured in French oak for 12 months to create an elegant tannic structure.
Mornington Peninsula 2019 Pinot Noir represents the best of the Peninsula qualities. Medium bodied Pinot with delights of complex fruit and mouthfeel. The perfect accompaniment to a quality delicate meal.

Food pairing notes
Enjoy with a snack of goat cheese, pear, and salmon crackers. With a meal of Italian pasta and grilled roasted meats, lamb cutlets and roast chicken
Recently tasted and could not believe the wonderful smooth palete, the aroma, and the body this wine presented.
There will be more of this in the cellar shortly.
