Port Phillip Bay Shiraz is different from inland Australian grown Shiraz. The cool sea breeze creates a distinctive cherry red colour. Hints of blackberry, mulberry and spicy tannin flavours. Hand picked late in the season then fermented in half tonne bins with a gentle basket press. Matured in French Oak for 12 months. Drink now or age.
