The Viscosi Wines Shiraz is produced in the famous Red Hill surrounds of the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. The cool sea breeze creates a distinctive cherry red colour. Hints of blood plum with ripe cherry undertones, and smooth tannin flavours. Hand-picked late in the season then fermented in half-tonne bins with a gentle basket press. Matured in 50% French & American Oak for 18 months.
